Columnist, Founder, TED Speaker. Global Influencer.
A sought after voice of inspiration, Mandy is a columnist, founder, and prolific influencer.
Her breadth of work in mind+body wellness and unwavering optimism has earned her global attention and positioning alongside elite social leaders and sports figures around the world.
Inspired by her personal journey and philosophy of “looking up”, she is founder and CEO (Chief Endorphins Officer) of upps™ a wellness company specializing in products and services that inspire mental wellness and positivity (app currently in beta).
Mandy now travels the globe inspiring resilience through her recent and personal triumph in mental and physical wellness. It is the subject of her first book releasing in 2020.
With a gift for storytelling and a globally influential personal brand, she seamlessly collabs with sport, health, wellness and luxury companies as an ambassador, organically integrating brand narratives into her inspiring journey.
For all of this, Mandy received global recognition—Inc. Magazine tapped her as a columnist, Huff Post named her one of “The Great Twitter Accounts To Follow in her field", and Ariana Huffington's Thrive Global listed her as one of the “Top Limit Breaking Female Founders."
Mandy appears in media outlets weekly—such as Forbes, Huffington Post, Business Insider, Sports Illustrated, ESPN Radio, WGN, Yahoo Finance, CBS Radio, and NPR—and her work is used as curriculum at academic institutions to inspire students worldwide. Her recently released TED Talk entitled, “The Power of Looking Up”, dubbed her "a voice of social change for this generation," and has already transformed human interaction in high school and college classrooms, and in corporations around the world.
Mandy fine-tuned her gift of storytelling, previously holding appointments at two of the largest communications holding companies in the world—Omnicom and Publicis—where she very quickly became one of the youngest ad executives in the industry. Here, she created Cannes award-winning narratives and evaluated start-ups and small agencies for acquisition, thus getting her feet wet in the start-up space. During her tenure, she was dubbed a “future global leader and visionary” at Babson College and Harvard Business School’s Graduate Leadership Program.
She recently accepted invitations to sit on boards that help further a positive narrative in the tech space—a sports bra that can detect early-stage breast cancer (iTbra), and the all-female founded Foray Collective—now one of the largest influencer marketplaces in the world. Co-owned by Kaitlynn Carter Jenner, wife of Brody Jenner, Mandy became the Foray's first angel investor fueling future venture backing from CrossCut Ventures (the largest VC firm in Silicon Beach) and Chris Burch (co-founder of Tory Burch).
A resident of New York City, she can usually be found training for her next marathon along the Hudson, indulging in the latest wellness trend, or taking in anything with a scoreboard.
